Marcin Salagan
CEO / Executive Chef
With over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Marcin Salagan has honed his craft in some of Windsor’s finest establishments. His journey began as a baker’s assistant, evolving into a skilled baker before attending culinary school at St. Clair College. From high-end restaurants like Il Gabbiano and Mezzo Ristorante on Erie Street to working in daycare centers and long-term care homes, Chef Marcin has built a diverse and well-rounded expertise in the art of food.
For the past four years, he served as the Executive Chef at Urban Field House Events Centre, where he worked closely with hundreds of brides and grooms to craft unforgettable wedding experiences. Now, with a passion for exceptional cuisine and personalized service, he has launched Twenty3 Catering Co. by Chef Marcin, a catering company dedicated to bringing high-quality, customized dining experiences to events of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, Chef Marcin ensures every dish is made with creativity, precision, and a deep love for hospitality.
